How To Volunteer
The Festival can’t happen without the help of volunteers. We rely on volunteers to help with all aspects of the Festival, from office tasks to ushering to on-site support during events. The commitment can be as little as 4 hours and you choose your volunteer task based on your availability and interests. See the description of our various volunteering opportunities located at the bottom of the page.
Please Sign Up to Volunteer by June 8th!
Complete the volunteer application below. This is a brief survey to collect information on how to contact you, your interests, and your past experience with the festival. You will then be contacted via email to arrange a time to volunteer.
All volunteers (both new and returning) are required to attend one, 30-minute training session. Volunteers should choose the one time that is most convenient from the list below and register by clicking on the date that you would like.
Wednesday, May 31: 7:00 – 7:30 PM
Thursday, June 1: 3:00 – 3:30 PM

All training (with the exception of Wednesday, June 7) will take place at the festival office located at 9190 Red Branch Road, Columbia 21045. Coming from Rt. 29, take the first entrance to Red Branch Road. Turn left at the fourth driveway into the parking lot. Enter the building from the door next to the parking lot and the festival office is the first door on the left.
